What is a tracker?
A cookie is a small file stored by your browser. Local storage (localStorage) is a similar mechanism that stays in your browser. On this page, both are called “trackers”.
Necessary trackers
The website sets no functional cookies. It only uses your browser’s local storage to remember your choices:
- bestmind-language: the language you chose, if you change it;
- bestmind-analytics-consent: your choice about audience measurement.
This information stays in your browser until you clear the website’s data; it is not sent to us. It only serves to respect your choices and therefore does not require your consent.
Audience measurement cookies
Only if you accept it, Google Analytics 4 sets two cookies:
- _ga: distinguishes visitors anonymously; duration: 2 years;
- _ga_3DJB752K4D: keeps the state of the measurement session; duration: 2 years.
Measurement data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics. If you decline or withdraw your agreement, these cookies are deleted and no more data is sent.
No advertising
The website uses no advertising cookies, no social network trackers and no targeting tools. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no third-party service is contacted to display them.
Managing your choices
You can accept or decline audience measurement at any time in the “Audience measurement” section of the privacy policy. You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings.
